  • We accept payments via Razorpay (only INR transactions). 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

  • Accurate contact details must be provided to facilitate delivery updates.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to logistical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders will be shipped to the address specified at checkout. We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect address information.
  • Delivery-related details may be shared with logistics partners for fulfillment purposes.
  •  We are not responsible for items delivered to third-party addresses once the package has been marked as delivered.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and will be visible at checkout.
  • We deliver across India.
    • Minimum delivery time: 2–4 working days
    • Maximum delivery time: 7–10 working days
  • Shipping Details:
    • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
    • We use reliable courier partners.
    • Tracking details will be shared once the product is shipped.
  • Note: Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
  • Order Cancellation:
    • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting us directly.
    • Once processed or shipped, no cancellation is allowed.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
